Thanksgiving 2014

Thanksgiving is a time to enjoy family, friends, food, and football. I was so glad to see my cousin Nicholas that came from Virginia to have Thanksgiving with my family and me. Of course the rest of my family came from Virginia and that was a ton of fun.
I am so blessed to have the family that I do.
This wonderful person right here is my cousin Terri. She is so super sweet and has a heart of gold. I know that she will always be able to make me laugh no matter what my mood is. I am so blessed to have her in my family and in my life. I wish I could see her more often, but I am so blessed to have her in my family.
Family is so important. My dad and my sister-in-law (Ansley) are missing from the picture, but that doesn't matter. What matters is the fact that I have a crazy, wonderful, supportive family. They are always there for me and who ever needs them no matter what. They can entertain and are so funny to have around. God couldn't of done any better about placing me in a more fitting family. This Thanksgiving is one to remember that's for sure!
These two are amazing!!! (This was this past Sunday) I couldn't of asked for better sister-in-laws. Ansley and McCall are two amazing role models in my life and ALWAYS there for me and I mean ALWAYS!!!!!!! I know and fully believe that they will always be there for me and are a phone call or a text away. If I'm having a bad day or really need someone to talk to then I know I can go to them for advice on whatever. My brothers were blessed to have found these two amazing girls.

So family, friends, food, and football are all apart of Thanksgiving, but the most important part is YOUR BLESSINGS. Today as I was eating lunch I looked around the room and saw how extremely blessed I was. SO grateful and I will never take my family and my blessings for granted again. I thank my Heavenly Father for ALL my blessings.

God bless & Happy Thanksgiving,

Fall is one of the most bipolar seasons but I love it anyway. Especially when you can hang (literally) with some amazing people in the world. The picture above is my friend Erica and I swinging in hammocks in SweetHeart Circle at Georgia Southern University. It was so much fun! It was perfect weather. She is amazing and we talked about our relationships with Christ too.

This a perfect picture for this post. These are some amazing girls that are in Campus Outreach and a major part of my life right now. I am so blessed to have them in my life. Lindsey, Courtney, Hannah, Ashley, Javona, and myself. We were at a flag football game at the RAC at Georgia Southern University. I love hanging out with them because they are like amazing!!!!! Of course Christ was mentioned when we were there too..you can't go anywhere with them or do anything with them without Christ being brought up and that is an amazing thing.

My last picture for this post is of course a Halloween picture. Lindsey (Olaf) and I (Belle) had an amazing time at the Campus Outreach Halloween party several weeks ago. She is so random and knows how to make me laugh. I love her being one of my bestest friends ever! She can always cheer me up. Whether it's jamming out in her car to Sam Hunt, laughing at her and the things she says, or just her being there doesn't matter I'm always in a good mood when I'm around her.

Fall is amazing and my favorite seasons! What is your favorite season?
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
God bless,

Thanksgiving 2014........What Am I Thankful For?

Next week is Thanksgiving week. Time for FOOD FOOD and MORE FOOD.......and football and family. Thanksgiving is literally my favorite time of the year.

So now I am going to post 20 things I am thankful for.............

1) Christ and my relationship with Him
2) My family
3) My friends
4) Edmund Burke Academy
5) Campus Outreach
6) My church families
7) Essentials for everyday life
8) Beth Jenkins aka my best friend
9) College education
10) My counselor
11) Lindsey Johnson
12) Whitney Dixon
13) All of my past high school teachers
14) Haley Mock
15) Morgan Kain
16) Taylor Griner
17) Clothes
18) Tabitha Ross
19) Sarah Braswell
20) ACE tutoring center at school

Those are only a few things...........I could make a longer list too, but that would take forever. Thanksgiving isn't just about making a list of things you are thankful for. Last year somebody asked me a question "What if you woke up and all you had was what you thanked God for the day before?" So lets think about that for a minute..................you do not have a promised tomorrow. So be thankful for the good and the bad in your life. Thank God through the good and the bad no matter what. Trust me I know the feeling.............during the good times it's easy. During the bad times it's really difficult to be thankful.

Happy Thanksgiving!

God bless,

Lecie
