21 YEARS!!!! 22 ALREADY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

These are pictures from my 21st birthday party last year. I just turned 22!! So I am going to post 22 things I have learned:

1. Never lose yourself pleasing others

2. You're never alone in your struggles

3. God is always there for you

4. Serve with your whole heart and with God's strength

5. BE YOURSELF

6. Work hard

7. Know that your friends and family love you

8. God loves you

9. JESUS LOVES YOU TOO

10. You find out who you're real friends are

11. Understand that God can only define you

12. Find some people that understand what you are going through and help you through it

13. PRAY! PRAY! PRAY! AND PRAY!

14. PRAY SOME MORE

15. Worship God every day all day long

16. Trust God's plan no matter what.

17. Always try your best at everything you do

18. Serve with a servant's heart and you will honor God

19. Get in the word

20.  Never underestimate God and prayer

21. Love yourself

22. Love GOD

The Nail

This is a nail. It may just look like a simple nail to the average person. But this nail is no ordinary nail. It's meant to show the blood of Christ. This nail is to show what He did for me! The nail is to remind me how I am saved in Jesus. This nail is to show that He took my punishment. The red on the nail is to represent the blood shed for me. 

Who am I to deserve such a gift? 

What gift you make ask? 

A gift of.................G.R.A.C.E!!!!!! Yes grace! God loved me so much that he showed me grace and sent His ONLY son to die not just for me but for EVERYONE!!!! He calls me His beloved daughter and He says that He is well pleased with me. How amazing is that? 

He is well pleased with me. A broken sinner who has a jacked up life. I have made so many mistakes and newsflash I will make more. I am not perfect! No one is unless you are God, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit (but I'm good at explaining the trinity so let's not go there). 

I keep that nail in my pocket everyday to remind me of the love that was shown to me and also to remind me that I didn't deserve what Jesus did but He loves me. 

With Easter coming up in the next month I thought this post would be fitting, This post is kind of short compared to others on my blog, but it's still worth writing to me.

A God Given Friendship

Today's post is dedicated to my best friend!! This morning I was being stupid and accidently removed myself from my blog. I know pretty stupid right. Well I have literally been devastated all day; my best friend, Beth Jenkins www.wanderingforevermore.com just happen to be an admin for my blog.

Now I have blogged about her multiple times, but tonight after what she did to help me she deserves a post about how God has BLESSED me with her. She's more than a best friend.....she's a sister in Christ, fellow blogger, and she's like the older sister I never had.

She didn't have to do what she did tonight, but that also reminds me of what Christ did for me too. He didn't have to die on the cross, but he did and I couldn't be anymore grateful and blessed. Today has taught me a few things.....

• Be careful when in settings of your blog 
• patience is a virtue 
• humility
